| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to examine the moderating effect of self-compassion on the fear of Covid-19 and subjective well-being. Using data from a web questionnaire through an Internet research firm （N=276） and analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression, we found that fear of Covid-19 negatively influenced subjective well-being, but the relationship between the two was at a lower degree in cases of high self-compassion. These results indicate that self-compassion is effective against the fear of infection that in turn lowers an individual’ s subjective well-being. Finally, our research contributed to self-compassion research, suggesting a conceptual framework for the conservation of resource theory by advancing the accumulative research on the use of self-compassion in organizations. | |||||||||||
