Using data from a web questionnaire through an Internet research firm (N=276) and analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression, we found that fear of Covid-19 negatively influenced subjective well-being, but the relationship between the two was at a lower degree in cases of high self-compassion. These results indicate that self-compassion is effective against the fear of infection that in turn lowers an individual’ s subjective well-being. Finally, our research contributed to self-compassion research, suggesting a conceptual framework for the conservation of resource theory by advancing the accumulative research on the use of self-compassion in organizations.}, pages = {81--94}, title = {働く人々のセルフ・コンパッションが Covid-19への恐れと主観的幸福感の関係に与える影響}, volume = {24}, year = {2023}, yomi = {ツチヤ, ユウスケ} }
