| 内容記述 | This report clarifies background of the collaboration leading to the implementation of a community mobile sales initiative between the Social Welfare Council of Izumiotsu City （Osaka prefecture） and the Osaka Izumi Citizens’ Co-op. The Social Welfare Council, needing to address the crisis of weakening neighborhood associations, promoted a “rebuilding connections” project. It requested the Citizens’ Co-op to implement mobile sales for community residents. The Co-op responded by organizing a mobile service and has seen a great degree of success. The service provides many benefits locally and by doing so has rebuilt community connections. A result of this collaboration is the creation of a mutually favorable public-private relationship between these organizations and local residents. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 本報告は，泉大津市社会福祉協議会と大阪いずみ市民生協が連携して移動販売を実施するに至った経緯を明らかにすることを目的とする。地域福祉を進める泉大津市社会福祉協議会は，自治会が弱体化していることへの危機感を持っていた。このことから，地域での「つながりの再構築」を図ることを目指し，泉大津市社会福祉協議会は，大阪いずみ市民生協に移動販売の実施を要請した。大阪いずみ市民生協は，泉大津市社会福祉協議会からの要請に応え，移動販売を実施し，順調に推移してきている。移動販売が実施されたことにより，地域でのつながりが再構築され，両組織と地域住民がWin- Win- Winの関係になっている。 | |||||||||||
