| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the process of transformation in “informal” teacher communities that sustains their existence and identify the values given priority to assure sustainability of these communities. We analyzed the annual reports published by “Péka”, an informal community for French language teachers, and interviewed its members. Results show its process of transformation is based on dialogue in designing activity, because of the equal status of its members and their selfdirectedness, which are then transmitted to newcomers. These results suggest that, to form and develop a teacher community, it is important to construct and reconstruct a dialogical and collaborative relationship by transmitting common values in its process of transformation. | |||||||||||
