内容記述 | It is most important promoting women actively in work force in Japanese society. Working women consider their futures career and develop themselves by gaining expertise as professionals through their work. Also working women do make important contributions toward the development of the Japanese economy. However, women in the workplace are hampered by numerous obstacles such as men (women also) managements' anchored thinking that women need not to be trained as potential administrators. This limited mindset is derived from the enforcement of a gender-based division of labor in the workplace. Working women also carry primary burden of household chores and caring of children, which men do little to support at their homes. This paper is intended to dedicate for future studies on these types of problems that women face in their lives as they struggle to develop their career upward and to bring active promotions for women in Japanese corporate world. | |||||
