On the other hand, it is expected that the fatigue life-time would increase by the occurrences of microcracks in the neighborhood of main crack. In this study we take a notice of the effect on fatigue life-time of low temperature annealing. Firstly, the degree of tetragonal-to-monoclinic phase transformation were examined by X-ray diffraction for the specimens annealed with various aging times of 20 h to 80 h at respective temperatures of 200℃ and 300℃. Next, the life-times in the cyclic fatigue with a low cyclic load were examined for the specimens annealed by the above method.
