That is, we tried to clarify the actual state of the team in each situation, the acceleration phase,the max speed rowing phase, the speed maintaining phase, and to obtain the basic material for improving the competitiveness.  As a result, it was recognized that the high team of a record had high max speed and the distance at which the maximum speed appearance was short, it was able to keep it until the goal.  If the number of pitches per minute can be increased by 10 times, the maximum speed can be increased by as much as 0.28m/s.
