 note = {This study examines the relationship between educational volunteer activities, task-value, learning behavior and vocational readiness. It finds that university students who volunteer for educational activities build higher task-value and vocational readiness than students who don’t participate. Also, it shows subjective participation frequency in educational activities positively correlates task-value, learning behavior and vocational readiness. Recent studies on educational volunteer activity analyzed its role in motivating students to seek employment as teachers and gaining knowledge and experiences of what an educator’s work involves. Here the broader role played by educational activities in building learning incentives and vocational readiness are discussed., 本研究では，学校体験活動と学内での講義等に対する価値意識や学習行動さらには職業レディネスとの関連性について検証した。検証の結果，学校体験活動へ参加した学生は，参加していない学生と比較して課題価値，職業レディネスが高い傾向にあった。また，学校体験活動への主観的参加頻度，課題価値，学習行動および職業レディネスの関連性を検証したところ，部分的ではあるが各下位尺度において正の相関関係が示された。
これまでの先行研究の多くが，学校体験活動が教職志望学生の教職志望意識の高まりや教職に関する知識および経験に関わる効果についての検証であったが，本研究において，これら学外活動における大学での講義などの学内での学習に関する効果についての知見を得ることができた。},
