{"created":"2023-06-20T13:03:44.786375+00:00","id":2304,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"eb40648e-3c6a-40ca-9e8d-8d5a3f14a279"},"_deposit":{"created_by":10,"id":"2304","owners":[10],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2304"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:osu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002304","sets":["12","12:13","12:13:507"]},"author_link":["3319","4234"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2021-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"68","bibliographicPageStart":"51","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"41","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"大阪産業大学論集　人文・社会科学編","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"JOURNAL OF OSAKA SANGYO UNIVERSITY  Humanities & Social Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　Jiseiroku （ 自省録，Meditations）, by the Korean neo-Confucianist Yi T’oegye （1501-1570）, influenced Japanese Confucianists in the Tokugawa period, such as Yamazaki Ansai（ 1618-1682） and Otsuka Taiya（ 1677-1750）.\n　Yokoi Shōnan（1809-1869）, a Confucianist and samurai from the Kumamoto domain, was deeply moved by this book and claimed Yi T’oegye to be one of two true Confucianists since Zhu Xi（ 1130-1200） and highly recommended its reading.\n　I have attempted in this paper to examine the influence of Jiseiroku on Shōnan’s thought in his thirties and early forties, and his following discourses and way of life.\n　I introduce the thought of Otsuka Taiya, a neo-Confucianist also from Kumamoto, because he, too, was impressed by Jiseiroku and respected by Shōnan.
