Here,“ bar events” held in three areas of Higashiosaka city are described, and the management of these independent events compared. The bar events held in the three areas of the city, although in close proximity, are managed differently. The differences are found in the using of a ticket system, the use of a wristband entrance pass system, and a flyer （coupon） system. Each executive committee employed one of the above methods they judged to be appropriate in consideration of the following points: the type of“ bar event” envisioned or desired by each executive committee, the scale of the shopping street（ arcade） where the bar event is held, and the number of restaurants in the shopping area.
