The existing research on these topics has many theoretical and practical\nimplications, but these studies alone are insufficient for examining the organizational scandal\nconstructed by stakeholders. Second, the article makes a theoretical review of organizational\nscandal constructed by stakeholders. In order to do so three cases are described, and for\nthis an analytical framework is formulated.
