Then it is confirmed the most popular type of the current markets to be the network economy under the arm's length trade, in which the competitive advantage of logistics network tends to be the most important determinant factor of logistics performance. Based on such theoretical and practical analysis, the competitive advantage model of logistics in Japan is build up and demonstrated econometrically.
