内容記述 | The purpose of this research note was to examine the reasons for the phenomenon of transferring from research positions to staff positions in Japanese companies, focusing on secondary sources. As a result, from three perspectives, it is difficult for researchers working in Japanese companies, especially large companies, to move to or reemployed by other organizations, and professionalism that continues self-improvement is required as the personnel system reforms that emphasizing results. This leads to researchers feeling inadequate or “burned out”. Discussed is the phenomenon of researchers, who received low evaluations in the performance and capability, being transferred, a move often accepted with reluctance by the employee. | |||||
